Bill Copes

Bill Copes is a senior business and technical analyst on the Global Trading Project team. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Bill has been with T. Rowe Price since 1993, beginning in Fund Accounting. He also has worked in Pricing, Corporate Actions, Business Systems Solutions, Vision, and Global Technology. 

Bill earned a B.A. in economics, with a certificate in accounting, from the University of Maryland Baltimore County and an M.B.A. in business administration from the University of Maryland Global Campus. Bill also has earned certifications as an agile scrum master and a product owner.
