Ben Riley is the head of insurance, leading the team responsible for insurance clients for the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm's institutional business in North America. Ben also is responsible for coordination of the firm’s global insurance efforts. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Ben's industry experience began in 2000, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2001, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to his current position, Ben was a relationship manager for Retirement Plan Services, where he focused on serving institutional investment-only clients within the public and private sectors of the defined contribution marketplace. He also has worked within the firm's Fixed Income and Asset Allocation Groups. Prior to this, Ben was employed by Callahan & Associates as a financial analyst. Ben also was an executive communications specialist for the Office of the Clerk, U.S. House of Representatives.

Ben earned a B.A. in history from Dickinson College and an M.B.A. from George Washington University. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation and is a Series 7, 24, and 63 registered representative.
