Becca Matsumura is the digital product manager for Retirement Plan Services Products & Platforms. She is an assistant vice president of T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Inc. 

Becca has been with T. Rowe Price since 2005, beginning in the Individual Investor Group. Prior to this, Becca was employed by T-Mobile in the areas of customer service and retention. 

Becca earned a B.S. in organizational leadership from Colorado State University. She has completed the ASPPA Retirement Plan Fundamentals certificate, and she is a Series 7, 6, and 63 registered representative and a Certified Scrum Product Owner^®.
