Barrett Wragg is the head of ETF Sales within the ETF Group in Global Distribution. Barrett is the former chair of the firm’s multicultural business resource group, MOSAIC @ T. Rowe Price. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Investment Services, Inc. 

Barrett’s experience began in 2001 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning in Global Distribution. In this time, he has worked as both an internal and external wholesaler within various channels of intermediary distribution. He also was a divisional sales manager and head of Retail Field Distribution and head of Institutional Consulting and Private Wealth. 

Barrett earned a B.S. in finance and marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER^® professional, is a Series 7 and 63 registered representative and Series 24 registered principal, and is Series 3 licensed. Barrett is a Board member of Invest in Others, a charitable foundation that recognizes philanthropic contributions made by financial professionals and firms. He also is a member of the Association for Wholesaling Diversity and the Association of African American Financial Advisors, where he served on the Board as the chair of the partnership committee.
