Barbara Burdett is the head of Institutional Client Services. She is a member of the WAVE, MOSAIC, PRIDE, VALOR, and THRIVE business resource groups and was the former chair of the T. Rowe Price Women’s Business Resource Group. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. 

Barbara has been with T. Rowe Price since 1990 and has held various management roles within the Individual Investor and Retirement Plan Services divisions in addition to Institutional and Investment Services and several Global Business Solutions and Technology groups in Services & Technology.

Barbara earned a B.S. in finance from the University of Maryland. She is a Series 7, 24, 27, and 63 registered representative. Barbara was appointed trustee of the T. Rowe Price Foundation in 2009. In the community, she serves on the Board for Teach for America and is a former member of the Junior League of Baltimore.
