Barbara Benincasa

Barbara Benincasa is the head of Business Enablement in the CFO Group. She is a member of the CFO lead team. She partners closely with the chief financial officer and other members of the lead team to execute on the CFO Group strategy. She is responsible for the day-to-day business management activity and provides oversight and direction to enable technology, systems, and data governance across the CFO Group. Barbara is a member of the Board of Directors of T. Rowe Price (Switzerland) GmbH and is responsible for all aspects of Europe, Middle East, and Africa legal entity reporting, including the statutory financial statements, regulatory financial filings, and legal entity budgeting and forecasting. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Barbara has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, most recently serving as the general manager for Americas, APAC, and EMEA Distribution. Prior to this, Barbara was employed by UBS in the areas of wealth management, corporate center, and asset management in client-facing roles and different chief of staff positions in Lugano, Switzerland, Zurich, and London. 

Barbara earned an M.B.A. from Manchester Business School. She speaks fluent Italian and English.
