Bailey Domer is the Senior Retirement Sales Director in the Core Markets Division for T. Rowe Price Retirement Plan Services, Michigan territory.

Bailey's investment experience began in 2016 and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in the RPS Core Market Sales department. Prior to this, Bailey was employed by Nationwide in the area of Retirement Solutions.

Bailey earned a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The Ohio State University. She also earned a Master of Science in Management from The American College of Financial Services. Bailey has also earned the QKA^® designation. She currently holds the Series 6, 63, & 65 licenses.
