Bailey Domer is the senior retirement sales director for the Michigan territory in the Core Markets division of Retirement Plan Services (RPS). 

Bailey’s industry experience began in 2016, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025, beginning in the RPS Core Market Sales department. Prior to this, Bailey was employed by Nationwide in the area of retirement solutions.

Bailey earned a bachelor of arts in sociology from The Ohio State University and a master of science in management from The American College of Financial Services. Bailey also has earned the Qualified 401(k) Administrator credential. She is a Series 6, 63, and 65 registered representative.
