Audra Jones

Audra Jones is the head of Human Resources Enablement and chief of staff to the head of Human Resources. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.  

Audra has been with T. Rowe Price since 2011, beginning as the general manager for Human Resources and then as a vice president for college and retirement products in the Individual Investors (retail) segment. Prior to this, she was the Americas director for the International Business Leaders Forum. Before that, she was the senior director for partnerships at the United Nations Foundation.

Audra earned a B.A. in Spanish and Portuguese from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. and M.I.A. from Columbia University. She is a member of the Board of Directors at the Maryland Zoo.
