Ashley Wiersma is a portfolio specialist for the US High Yield Strategy at T. Rowe Price Investment Management. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Ashley's investment experience began in 2005, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2021, beginning in the T. Rowe Price Investment Management Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Ashley was employed by PPM America where she was a managing director, U.S. Business Development. Before that, she was a private banker for J.P. Morgan Private Wealth Management, a regional consultant for Goldman Sachs Asset Management, and a regional sales associate for Claymore Securities (later acquired by Guggenheim Funds).

Ashley earned a B.A. in business and economics from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. in marketing, management strategy, and entrepreneurship from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
