Ashlesha Vaishampayan is head of the EMEA Consultant Relations team and is based in London. 

Ashlesha joined T. Rowe Price in 2019, beginning in the Singapore office where she led the consultant relations efforts across Asia ex-Japan for five years. She relocated to London in January 2025 for her current role. Prior to T. Rowe Price, she was at Russell Investments for five years as a senior manager for UK consultant relations, focusing on fiduciary management and multi-asset solutions. Ashlesha started her asset management career on Schroders’ graduate scheme on the UK Client Services team in 2013.

Ashlesha earned a B.A., with honors, in classics from King’s College London. She also has earned the Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst designation.
