Arlene Klein , J.D.

Arlene Klein is the head of Global Compliance. She is a member of the Ethics Committee, the Enterprise Risk Management Committee, and the ESG Oversight Committee. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Arlene’s investment experience began in 1990, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023, beginning in the Legal, Compliance, and Audit Department. Prior to this, Arlene was head of Americas Compliance and global head of Investment Advisory Compliance at BlackRock. Prior to joining BlackRock, Arlene was chief compliance officer at GE Capital. Prior to that, she held senior roles in legal, compliance, and wealth management at RBC Capital Markets, Barclays Capital, Bank of America, and Prudential Securities. She started her career as an associate at Katz & Ranzman before joining the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission as an attorney in its division of market regulation.  

Arlene earned a B.B.A. in finance from Baruch College and a J.D. from Yeshiva University, where she was an editor of the Cardozo International Law Journal. Arlene is a member of the New York and Connecticut Bar.
