Anna Driggs is the managing legal counsel, global environmental, social, and governance (ESG) public policy on the Legislative and Regulatory Affairs (LRA) team within the Legal, Compliance, and Audit (LCA) department. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Anna has been with T. Rowe Price since 2022, beginning in the LCA LRA department and the ESG Enablement team. Prior to this, Anna was employed by Investment Company Institute (ICI) for almost 15 years in the areas of regulatory advocacy on ESG and, previously, on retirement plans/savings. Prior to ICI, Anna was in private legal practice, specializing in U.S. retirement law.

Anna earned a juris doctor from the University of Washington. She also earned an executive M.B.A. from the University of Oxford and a bachelor of business administration from Gonzaga University.
