Amy Trader is an engagement specialist on the Participant Engagement team in Retirement Plan Services (RPS). She is primarily responsible for working with engagement consultants and plan sponsors to develop goals and effective solutions for educating employees on their employer-sponsored retirement plan.

Amy has been with T. Rowe Price since 2004, beginning in Financial Institution Services, and she also worked in the Central Control Group from 2010 to 2012. In 2012, she moved to RPS as a retirement plan coordinator before joining the Participant Engagement team in 2014.

Amy earned a B.A., cum laude, in communications, with a minor in Spanish, from Western Maryland College (now McDaniel College). She is a Series 6 and 63 registered representative.
