Allan Garcia is an associate analyst on the municipal credit team in the Fixed Income Division. 

Allan’s investment experience began in 2025 when he joined T. Rowe Price, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Previously, he was a fixed income research intern for Fidelity Investments in the summer of 2024. Prior to this, he was an anti-money laundering analyst intern with Texas National Bank Corporate Center. 

Allan earned a B.S. in business administration, with a minor in economics, from Carnegie Mellon University, Tepper School of Business.
