Raymone Jackson is the president of the T. Rowe Price Foundation and head of Community Affairs. He champions and guides the firm’s community investments, inclusion, corporate communications, and sustainability strategies that advance firm priorities, associate engagement, and business outcomes. 

Raymone has been with T. Rowe Price since 2020, beginning in Human Resources. Since joining the firm, he has spearheaded the strategic alignment of the firm’s inclusion strategies, corporate responsibility, philanthropy, and corporate communications efforts. Prior to this, he was employed by Morgan Stanley as the national diversity officer. Before that, Raymone had a 20-year career with Northwestern Mutual where he held leadership roles in technology, corporate strategy, field distribution, and human resources, leading enterprise diversity and inclusion and campus development.

Raymone earned an undergraduate degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and a master of business administration degree from the University of Phoenix. He also has earned a certification in commercial real estate via the Associates in Commercial Real Estate Program at Marquette University. Raymone also completed the Global Leadership Executive Program at Yale University. He holds a Chartered Life Underwriter designation from The American College and the Associates Client Service and Fellow, Life Management Institute designations from Life Office Management Association. He also is a Certified Master Coach. Raymone has been recognized for his passion, leadership, and commitment to diversity and inclusion, and for that he has received the Patriot Award from the Department of Defense and was a Milwaukee Times Black Excellence Award nominee. He also was recognized among The Baltimore Business Journal “Leaders in Diversity,” Savoy Magazine “Most Influential Executives in Diversity & Inclusion,” and Black Enterprise magazine’s “Top Black Executive in Corporate Diversity” for several years. Raymone is a trustee of the Gateway Foundation Board, the nonprofit organization established by the Money Management Institute. He also serves on the Boards of Directors for Kennedy Krieger Institute, The Downtown Partnership of Baltimore, Vehicles for Change, and on the Board of Governors for The Center Club.
