Ben Ballard is the lead portfolio analyst for the T. Rowe Price Associates transparent exchange-traded funds (ETFs) franchise, which includes the Growth, Value, Small-Mid Cap, and International ETFs. In that role, Ben works with investments and distribution providing analytical support, as well as internal and external messaging. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
