Jim Stillwagon is the portfolio manager of the US Growth Stock Strategy in the Global Equity Division. He was previously the portfolio manager of the Communications and Technology Strategy.  Jim is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc. 
Eric DeVilbiss, CFA Eric DeVilbiss, CFA Co-Portfolio Manager

Eric DeVilbiss is a co-portfolio manager for the Growth Stock Strategy in the U.S. Equity Division. Previously, he was an equity research analyst following restaurant companies.  He is vice president of T. Rowe Price Group.
