Tom Dignacco is a portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division. He supports the U.S. Multi-Sector, U.S. Low Duration, U.S. Treasury, and Inflation Protected Bond Strategies, working closely with clients, prospects, consultants, the Investments division, and other internal stakeholders. In addition, he provides portfolio specialist support for the High Yield and Bank Loan franchises. Tom is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.

Tom's investment experience began in 2015, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2017, beginning in Global Investment Operations managing the Post Trade Services team. Prior to this, Tom was employed by Morgan Stanley as an analyst specializing in margin lending operations. Before that, he was a capital markets analyst at NewDay USA where he was responsible for developing and maintaining the bank’s hedging, production, and trading models.

Tom earned a B.S. in finance from York College of Pennsylvania. Tom also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
