Thomas Guarini

Thomas Guarini is a Senior ETF Specialist, Research, in the Exchange Traded Funds Department.

Thomas's investment experience began in 1998, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2026, beginning in the Exchange Traded Funds Department. Prior to this, Thomas was employed by Allspring Global Investments in the areas of ETF/SMA marketing. He was also employed by State Street Global Advisors, specializing in ETF strategy and research.

Thomas earned a master's degree in Finance from Northeastern University.
