Steven Krichbaum is a director of Equity and Fixed Income Research, North America for T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). He is a member of the Capital Appreciation, Capital Appreciation and Income, and Capital Appreciation Equity ETF Investment Advisory Committees. He is a member of the TRPIM Investment Steering, ESG Investing, and Research Governance Oversight Committees. He serves as executive sponsor of MOSAIC, the firm’s business resource group dedicated to advancing the inclusion and engagement of ethnically diverse talent and allies. Steven also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Steven has been with T. Rowe Price since 2007, beginning as an investment analyst in the U.S. Equity Division. In 2012, he was appointed associate portfolio manager of the US Capital Appreciation Strategy. In 2018, Steven was appointed head of U.S. Equity Product, then head of strategic initiatives in 2019, prior to his current appointment of director of research in 2021. Previously, Steven was an intern in the U.S. Equity Division for T. Rowe Price Associates in the summer of 2006. 

Steven earned a B.A. in economics from Pomona College and an M.B.A. from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business. Steven also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
