Shannon Toy is an associate portfolio manager for the Canadian target date portfolios and custom target date portfolios in the Multi-Asset Division. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc. 

Shannon has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in the Fellowship Program, with rotational assignments in Equity Risk, Portfolio Modeling, Equity Quant, and Multi-Asset Research. Shannon then worked as a quantitative analyst on the Multi-Asset Research team for several years prior to transitioning to her role as a target date investment analyst.

Shannon earned a B.S. in mathematics, with a minor in actuarial science, from Virginia Tech. Shannon also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
