Ramon Richards is the global Head of Technology, Data, and Operations and Chief Technology Officer at T. Rowe Price. He serves on the firm’s Management Committee and Strategic Operating Committee among other leadership committees and is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Ramon has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023 serving as the Chief Technology Officer providing strategic leadership across Technology, Data, and Cybersecurity. In 2025, Ramon expanded his remit to include Global Investment Operations, Global Client Account Services, the Transformation Office, and Regional Operating Officers. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Ramon was executive vice president and chief information officer at Fannie Mae. In this role, he was a member of the Management Committee and responsible for technology, enterprise data and cybersecurity.

Ramon earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.S. in mathematics from Morehouse College and a M.B.A. from the Wharton School at University of Pennsylvania.
