Ramon Richards is the chief technology officer and the global head of technology, data, and operations at T. Rowe Price. He serves on the firm’s Management Committee and Strategic Operating Committee, among other leadership committees. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Ramon has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023, serving as the chief technology officer providing strategic leadership across technology, data, and cybersecurity. In 2025, Ramon expanded his remit to include Global Investment Operations, Global Client Account Services, the Transformation Office, and regional operating officers. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Ramon was executive vice president and chief information officer at Fannie Mae. In this role, he was a member of the Management Committee and responsible for technology, enterprise data, and cybersecurity.

Ramon earned a B.S. in electrical engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology, a B.S. in mathematics from Morehouse College, and an M.B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania, The Wharton School.
