Jen Dardis is the chief financial officer and treasurer of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and the treasurer of T. Rowe Price Investment Management. Her responsibilities include global oversight for CFO Group Business Enablement, the Controller’s Group, Corporate Real Estate and Workplace Strategy, Global Tax, Procurement, Financial Planning and Analysis, and Investor Relations. She also serves as Management Committee champion for THRIVE @ T. Rowe Price, the firm’s associate-led business resource group dedicated to advancing inclusion and engagement for associates affected by a broad spectrum of conditions. She is a member of the firm's Management Committee, Compensation and Development Committee, Enterprise Risk Management Committee, Investment Management Committee, Strategy Committee, Product Strategy Committee, and Strategic Operating Committee. Jen also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Jen has been with T. Rowe Price since 2006, beginning in the CFO Group in a corporate strategy role. She was appointed head of Corporate Strategy in 2016 and, most recently, served as the head of Finance. Prior to joining T. Rowe Price, Jen held positions at Constellation Energy in investor relations, at Energy Merchant in finance and business development, and at SG Cowen in mergers and acquisitions.

Jen earned a B.A. in economics from the College of William & Mary and an M.B.A. from the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. She serves on the Gilman School's Board of Trustees and is the former chair of the Maryland Food Bank's Board of Directors.
