Frank Shi is an investment analyst in the Global Equity Division, covering the technology sector in Asia ex-Japan. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited. 

Frank’s investment experience began in 2014, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in the Investment Equity department. Prior to this, Frank was a research associate covering the China industrial and financial sectors for Nezu Asia. Frank also was an equity research analyst with Goldman Sachs (Asia) LLC, covering the industrial/finance sector.

Frank earned a B.A., summa cum laude, in economics and finance from Washington University in St. Louis.
