Francisco J. Negrón is the head of Retirement Plan Services.  He is vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and a member of the T. Rowe Price Trust Company Board of Directors. Francisco is also a member of the MOSAIC business resource group and the Latinx Heritage Community.

Francisco has been with T. Rowe Price since 1987, beginning in the Individual Investors and Plan Administrative Services organizations. Prior to his current role, he was head of Client Services in Retirement Plan Services, where he was responsible for all relationship management, client account management, plan compliance consulting, and participant engagement functions serving our workplace retirement clients.

Francisco earned a B.S. in business administration from Houghton College. He is a Series 7, 24, and 63 registered representative. Francisco is a Board member of The SPARK Institute, the Society of Professional Asset-Managers and Record Keepers.
