Emma Beal

Emma Beal is head of EMEA Legal and a managing legal counsel. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Emma’s legal experience began in 1998, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2007, beginning in the Legal Department. Prior to this, Emma was employed by Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited in its legal department.

Emma earned a bachelor of laws degree, with honors, in law from the University of Sheffield.
