Elsie Chan , CFA

Elsie Chan is the head of Asia Pacific Distribution. She is a member of the Global Distribution Executive, the Investment Management Steering, and the Product Steering Committees.

Elsie has been with T. Rowe Price since 2015, beginning in the Asia ex Japan Intermediary department. Prior to this, Elsie was employed by UBS Asset Management as a managing director, managing multiple sales and product teams. Before that, Elsie was employed by Allianz Global Investors and ABN AMRO Asset Management in the areas of institutional sales and product. Elsie also was employed by Merrill Lynch Investment Management in Chicago and New York, specializing in market investment products.

Elsie earned a bachelor's degree in economics from Northwestern University and an M.B.A. from INSEAD. She also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
