Dee Sawyer is the head of Global Distribution, a role she assumed in January 2024. She is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., is a member of the firm's Management Committee, is cochair of the Investment Management Steering Committee, and serves on the Product Steering Committee. Additionally, Dee is the Management Committee champion of MOSAIC @ T. Rowe Price, the firm’s business resource group dedicated to advancing inclusion and engagement for ethnically diverse talent and allies.

Dee's investment experience began in 1993, and she has been with T. Rowe Price since 2011, initially leading the Individual Investors (II) marketing team. From 2013 to the end of 2015, she led the II channel. After a year as head of Corporate Marketing & Communications, where she realigned the function's capabilities, Dee transitioned to Human Resources (HR) in January 2017, overseeing HR for Global Distribution and Product. Promoted to head of Human Resources in February 2018, she joined the firm's Management Committee. In May 2019, Dee returned to Global Distribution as head of II and Retirement Plan Services (RPS), overseeing the firm's platform businesses. From January 2022 to December 2023, she led two distribution channels as head of U.S. Intermediaries and RPS. Before joining T. Rowe Price, Dee was a director of Global Wealth and Investment Management in Retirement Services at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. She also held various senior leadership roles at Fidelity Investments within the Personal and Workplace Investing unit. Dee began her financial services career at Fifth Third Bank as a fixed income portfolio manager in the Trust and Investment Services Division.

Dee earned a B.A. in economics from Denison University. She is a Series 7, 24, 53, 63, and 66 registered representative. She was named among Barron’s Most Influential Women in U.S. Finance in 2022 and 2024.
