Bill Bai is an investment analyst in the Global Equity Division, covering the Asia internet sector. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Hong Kong Limited.

Bill's investment experience began in 2010, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2019, beginning in the Investment Equity division. Prior to this, he was an associate with Morgan Stanley Private Equity Group, an investment analyst at Balyasny, and a senior analyst with Destination Partners, covering the Asia technology, media, and telecommunications sectors.

Bill earned a B.E. in microelectronics and a B.A. in business administration from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
