Anton Dombrovskiy is a portfolio specialist in the Fixed Income Division. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price International Ltd.

Anton’s investment experience began in 1995, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2023, beginning in the Fixed Income Division. Prior to this, Anton was employed by PIMCO as a fixed income product strategist. Anton also was employed by Allianz Global Investors in internal risk audit. He started his career in banking supervision at the Central Bank of Russia.

Anton earned a graduate degree and a Ph.D. in economics from St. Petersburg University for Economics and Finance and an M.B.A. from IESE Business School in Barcelona. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst^® designation.
