Andrew Reich is head of Global Strategy. His responsibilities include oversight of the firm’s corporate strategy and development, mergers and acquisitions, and product strategy and development. He is a member of the firm’s Management Committee, Strategy Committee, Product Strategy Committee, Investment Management Committee, and Strategic Operating Committee. Andrew also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Andrew’s investment experience began in 2010, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since January 2026. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a partner and head of the Asset Management Practice for North America at McKinsey & Company. He also was vice president at Sandler O’Neill and Partners, specializing in balance sheet strategies and interest rate derivatives. 

Andrew earned a B.A. from the University of Pennsylvania and an M.B.A. from Columbia Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of Believe in a Cure, Inc.
