Mr. Verma has been an independent director of Price Group since 2025 and serves as a member of the Executive Compensation and Management Development Committee and as a member of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Mr. Verma is the chief administrative officer for Mastercard Incorporated, an American multinational financial services corporation. Previously, he served as the deputy secretary of state for management and resources, the general counsel and head of global public policy at Mastercard, the vice chairman and a partner at The Asia Group, and the United States ambassador to India from 2014 to 2017. Mr. Verma also is a veteran of the U.S. Air Force, where he served on active duty as a judge advocate. 

Mr. Verma earned a doctorate in international relations from Georgetown University; a law degree from American University; a master of law, with distinction in international law, from Georgetown University Law Center; and a bachelor of science from Lehigh University. 

Mr. Verma previously served on the company’s Board of Directors from 2018 until 2023, when he was appointed deputy secretary of state for management and resources.
