Bill Stromberg is president and CEO of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and is a member of its Board of Directors. He is the chairman of the firm's Management Committee and Management Compensation Committee. Mr. Stromberg served as the head of Equity from 2009 to 2015 and the head of U.S. Equity from 2006 to 2009. He also served as a director of Equity Research from 1996 to 2006, as a portfolio manager of the Capital Opportunity Fund (2000 to 2007) and the Dividend Growth Fund (1992 to 2000), and as an equity investment analyst from 1987 to 1992.
Mr. Stromberg has 32 years of investment experience, all at T. Rowe Price. Prior to joining the firm in 1987, he was employed by Westinghouse Defense as a systems engineer.
Mr. Stromberg earned a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst designation. Mr. Stromberg currently serves on the Johns Hopkins University Board of Trustees and the Hopkins Whiting School of Engineering Advisory Council. In addition, he is a past chairman of the International Committee of the Investment Company Institute.

Rowe Price in 1997, he was special counsel in the Division of Market Regulation with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Rowe Price mutual funds, subadvised portfolios, separately managed accounts, and other investment vehicles in the U.S. USI serves client segments, including broker-dealers, insurance companies, recordkeepers, banks, and other investment platforms, along with financial advisors, that create wealth solutions and retirement readiness for clients. Mr. Riedel oversees the sales, product and marketing, client services, and business management for these segments. He is a member of the firm's Product Steering Committee.
Mr. Riedel has more than 30 years of broad financial services experience, 21 of which have been with T. Rowe Price. Before joining the firm, Mr. Riedel was a vice president of the Global Bank Group at Federated Investors, responsible for the distribution of institutional investment products in the eastern U.S. He began his career at Salomon Brothers in New York, which is now part of Citigroup.

After a year as head of Corporate Marketing & Communications realigning the firm's capabilities, she joined Human Resources in January 2017, as the head of Human Resources, Global Distribution and Product and was subsequently named head of Human Resources in February 2018. She began her current role in May 2019. Previously, Ms. Sawyer was a director of Global Wealth and Investment Management in Retirement Services at Bank of America/Merrill Lynch. Prior to this position, she held a variety of senior leadership roles within Fidelity Investments, including senior vice president (SVP), workplace investing; SVP, retirement services/plan sponsor marketing; and SVP, mid-corporate market/segment product and marketing. Mr. Sharps joined the firm in 1997 as an analyst, specializing in financial services stocks, including banks, asset managers, and securities brokers. Prior to joining the firm, he completed an internship as an equity research analyst at Wellington Management. Mr. Sharps began his career in 1993 as a senior management consultant at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he focused on corporate transactions, before leaving to pursue his M.B.A. in 1995.

Mr. Stromberg brings to the Board insight into the critical investment component of our business based on the leadership roles he has held in the Equity Division of Price Group and his 30-year career with the Company.
Mr. Stromberg was appointed Price Group’s president and chief executive officer on January 1, 2016. At that time, Mr. Stromberg was also elected as a director of Price Group and chairman of the Executive Committee, Management Committee, and Management Compensation Committee.
Prior to assuming these duties, Mr. Stromberg served as the head of Equity from 2008 through 2015, director of U.S. Equity from 2007 through 2015, and director of Global Equity Research from 2004 through 2015. Mr. Stromberg served on the U.S. Equity Steering Committee from 1999 through 2015, as well as the International Steering Committee from 2004 through 2015. Mr. Stromberg has served as a vice president of Price Group from 2000 through 2015, and has been an employee of Price Group since 1987.
Mr. Stromberg earned a B.A. from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A. from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth College. Mr. Stromberg has also earned the chartered financial analyst designation.

From 2002 to 2018, Mr. Stevens was the lead independent director of Monsanto Corporation, where he also served as the Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the Audit Committee, and from 2015 to 2018 served as a director of United States Steel Corporation, where he was on the Corporate Governance and Public Policy Committee and the Compensation and Organization Committee. Mr. Stevens is an emeritus director of the board of directors of the Congressional Medal of Honor Foundation, the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation and the Atlantic Council, and is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations.
