Be part of our thriving military community

Our veteran-led business resource group VALOR honors the contributions of veterans and their families. Enjoy camaraderie and support, strengthen leadership skills, and participate in VALOR programs and events with the organization. Veteran Hiring Pledge

    Ways to engage

Buddy program: Connects new associates who have military service experience with VALOR members to welcome and help them navigate the firm and share the mission of VALOR.

Deployment support program: Geared toward associates in the reserves or National Guard who are deployed as well as to associates who are spouses or partners of someone deploying.

Ruck March: Raises funds for mental health support. Nearly 400 associates participated in recent years—including our Management Committee.

Memorial Day and Veterans Day: Past events include a presentation by TAPS, a nonprofit that provides resources to those grieving the death of a military or veteran loved one; a panel discussion on veteran homelessness and mental health; and an event featuring Merging Vets and Players, an organization that highlights serving beyond the uniform.

Education, giving, and volunteering: Opportunities for associates include Wreaths Across America, Stop Soldier Suicide, The Catch a Lift Fund, The Baltimore Station, and Mount Carmel Veterans Service Center.
