They may be sending emails, messages (including through messaging services such as WhatsApp, Line, Telegram, Wechat, Signal), or calling, claiming to be associated with T. Rowe Price. These scams can be very sophisticated and some may involve the use of companies, mobile applications, email addresses or websites with names and logos that are similar to ours.

Please be aware that T. Rowe Price will never:

• Directly solicit individuals for investments or offer advice over the phone or via email, text messages or messaging services, or
• Contact individuals to solicit personal information, or
• Request individuals to pay over money.

If you suspect you have been victim of fraud, we recommend you immediately report the matter to your relevant regulatory authorities, local police and anti-scam authorities. It is important for relevant authorities to receive complaints made by the victims of fraud /scam for their further investigations.
