Chuck Battenfeld

Chuck Battenfeld is Director, Mergers & Acquisitions, and a senior member of the Global Strategy team at T. Rowe Price. Chuck works closely with T. Rowe Price’s executive leadership, Management Committee, and Strategy Committee to assess potential acquisitions, strategic investments, and business partnerships.  His responsibilities include leading the evaluation and execution of M&A and business development opportunities.  Chuck is a Vice President of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
