Jessica Sclafani is Head of Retirement Strategists, Global Distribution, at T. Rowe Price, where she leads a team providing retirement expertise through proprietary research, market insights, and thought leadership. She engages with plan sponsors, consultants, advisors, and policymakers, and leads the firm’s annual Defined Contribution Consultant Study and Global Retirement Savers Study. In the industry since 2008, Jessica has held roles at Wellington Management, Cerulli Associates, and MFS Investment Management. She provided testimony to the ERISA Advisory Council in 2024 and was honored in 2026 as an Influential Woman in Institutional Investing by Pensions & Investments and a Women Leader by Benefits Canada.
