Farris Shuggi is the head of quantitative equity at T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM) and co-portfolio manager for the Capital Appreciation and Income Fund under the Capital Appreciation Strategy. He is the cochairman and a member of the Capital Appreciation and Income Fund Investment Advisory Committee, a member of the Capital Appreciation Fund, Capital Appreciation Equity ETF, Capital Appreciation Premium Income ETF, and Small-Cap Value Fund Investment Advisory Committees, a member of the TRPIM ESG Investing Committee and the T. Rowe Price Associates (TRPA)/TRPIM Model Risk Management Subcommittee. Farris is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.
