Edward C. Bernard

Ed Bernard serves as senior advisor to T. Rowe Price, Group, Inc. He was vice chairman of the Board of Directors of T. Rowe Price Group from 2007 to April 2019. He served as chairman of the T. Rowe Price Mutual Funds from 2006 until July 2018. Mr. Bernard was a member of the Management Committee and was responsible for the firm's global distribution, client service, technology, legal, and compliance activities. Mr. Bernard was also the CEO of T. Rowe Price International Ltd, the firm's UK-based investment manager, from 2011 - 2018.
