Kelly Tetreault:

I think I've been able to show that you don't have to have a college degree if you are a driven person and you can utilize the tools in your toolbox to get you right where you want to be.

Hi, I'm Kelly Tetreault, and I'm a lead project manager at T. Rowe Price. My career journey started when I was around 19, fixing airplanes. I was a Rosie the Riveter. I was a delivery driver. I tried that. I worked as a dental hygiene assistant. I tried that. I felt like I had so many experiences because I am one who isn't afraid of change. 

I think my experience translates here. Being flexible in the face of change, which is constant in technology, and I think I've been able to show that you don't have to have a college degree if you are a driven person, and you can utilize the tools in your toolbox to get you where you want to be.

What it says about T. Rowe, right, is that they're willing to take a chance on somebody who is just purely experience. You don't find that in other places. T. Rowe is looking for somebody who is authentic, brings themself, their whole self to work, and is willing to just go the extra mile.

Craig Maheu:

I’d say empowerment at T. Rowe Price is a wonderful thing.

Hi, I am Craig Maheu. I’m a software engineering director at T. Rowe Price. I ended up at T. Rowe Price after many years working in the financial industry. I had heard about the opportunities at the firm. I had heard about the fact that they were really in a state of innovation, and I wanted to be part of that. 

I’d say the empowerment at T. Rowe Price is a wonderful thing. I observe at every level of leadership and technology, our key leaders empower myself to help drive and lead my teams. Individuals within my organization, I empower them to do the same.

What's most interesting to me is every day I get to work with a diverse group of associates that are across technology and business. We're constantly trying to solve tough problems, and we're looking for innovative solutions that benefit our clients.

So, it gets me very excited when I wake up. We always have something new and exciting we're working on, and those challenges really keep it, you know, keep it real every day. So, getting an opportunity to just constantly change, and it just makes going to work every day just enjoyable with the team.
