Life at T. Rowe Price: Supporting Military Veterans Through Community and Shared Values
Dan Everett:
One of the reasons I’ve been successful is the opportunity provided to me by our employee resource group for military veterans. It’s allowed me the opportunity to interact with senior leadership, to embrace diversity, to embrace intellectual curiosity, and to find myself working with other people that I might not otherwise see every day.
When you come in the doors here, you’re going to experience a culture that has a lot of the shared values, loyalty, an appreciation for being curious and wanting to learn more. Teamwork. All of the things that made the military special are greatly valued here at T. Rowe Price. There’s a quiet confidence to the firm and the associates at T. Rowe Price.
We’ve taken the time to learn and to measure, and to study, and to make sure that we understand why we’re doing something and why we’re doing it on behalf of our clients, you know, making sure that we always put our client first.
