Colin Bando is an associate portfolio manager and a municipal credit analyst in the Fixed Income Division. He manages the US Municipal High Yield Bond and US Municipal Intermediate High Yield Bond Strategies. He is a vice president and member of the Investment Advisory Committees of the Government Money, Tax-Free High Yield, and Intermediate Tax-Free High Yield Funds. In addition, he is a vice president of the State Tax-Free Funds, Inc., and Summit Municipal Funds, Inc. Colin also is an Investment Advisory Committee member of the Virginia Tax-Free Bond and Summit Municipal Income Funds and a member of the Money Market Credit Policy Committee. He is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
