Charlie Hill is a portfolio manager in the Fixed Income Division. He manages the US Municipal Short-Term Bond, US Municipal Short/Intermediate-Term Bond, and US Municipal Intermediate-Term Bond Strategies. He is a member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Tax-Free Short-Intermediate Fund, Summit Municipal Funds, State Tax-Free Funds, Tax-Free High Yield Fund, and Tax-Free Income Fund. He also is member of the Investment Advisory Committees for the Summit Municipal Intermediate, Maryland Short-Term Tax-Free Bond, Summit Municipal Income, Maryland Tax-Free Money, and Virginia Tax-Free Bond Funds. Charlie is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc.
