Jennifer Dardis

Jen Dardis is the chief financial officer and treasurer of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., the treasurer of T. Rowe Price Investment Management, and a member of the firm's Management Committee. Her responsibilities include global oversight for the Controller’s Group, Global Tax, Procurement, Global Product, Corporate Strategy, Financial Planning & Analysis, and Investor Relations. She also serves as Management Committee champion for THRIVE @ T. Rowe Price, the firm’s associate-led business resource group dedicated to advancing inclusion and engagement for associates with varied abilities and broad spectrums of conditions and allies.
