Dave Beard-Sackett is the general manager of the Fixed Income Division. He partners closely with the head of the department and members of the Fixed Income Steering Committee and has responsibility for much of the day-to-day business management activity supporting the group. Dave is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.
