David Wagner is the lead portfolio manager for the Small-Cap Value Equity Strategy at T. Rowe Price Investment Management (TRPIM). He is the chairman of the Small-Cap Value Fund Investment Advisory Committee and a member of the Small-Cap Stock Fund and Institutional Small-Cap Stock Fund Investment Advisory Committees, and a member of the Global Trading Committee and the TRPIM Investment Steering and ESG Investing Committees. David also is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.
