Brian Rubin is the head of U.S. Fixed Income Trading. He is responsible for the bank debt, emerging markets, high yield, investment-grade, and securitized products trading desks. He is chairman of the Global Fixed Income Brokerage and Trading Control Committee and a member of the Global Trading and Liquidity Committees. Brian is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc., T. Rowe Price Associates, Inc., and T. Rowe Price Trust Company.
