Mark Weigman is the head of the Investment Counsel Group and a portfolio manager in the Global Equity Division. He also is a vice president and member of the Investment Advisory Committee of the Tax-Efficient Equity Fund. Mark is a vice president of T. Rowe Price Group, Inc.

Mark has been with T. Rowe Price since 1984, beginning in the U.S. Equity Division. 

Mark earned a B.B.A. and an M.S.F. in finance from Loyola University Maryland. He also has earned the Chartered Financial Analyst® and Chartered Investment Counselor designations and is a Series 7 and 24 registered representative. Mark is a trustee of the T. Rowe Price Foundation and the Bryn Mawr School and a former president of the Baltimore Security Analysts Society.
