Kelsey Bylund

Kelsey Bylund is a Manager of Advice Delivery. She is an Assistant Vice President of T. Rowe Price Global Distribution and member of the WAVE Business Resource Group.

Kelsey has been with T. Rowe Price since 2013, beginning in the Workplace Investor Services and Education Group in Retirement Plan Services. Prior to this, Kelsey was employed by P.F. Chang's in the area of Hospitality.

Kelsey earned a Bachelor of Arts in History from The University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Kelsey has also earned the Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor® Designation.
