Jeff Helsing is a fixed income strategist in the Americas division of T. Rowe Price, the organization responsible for the firm’s institutional business in North America.

Jeff’s investment experience began in 1998, and he has been with T. Rowe Price since 2025. Prior to this, Jeff was employed by Western Asset in the area of product management and served on Western’s Private Credit Committee. He also spent 20 years at PIMCO in both portfolio specialist and portfolio manager capacities. 

Jeff earned an undergraduate degree in finance from Arizona State University. He also earned an M.B.A. from the University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business.
